Where will I find a list of scents that are available?
You can see all the scents that we have avaiable by clicking on the "Scent" tab on the homepage and this will direct you to the necessary page. If you are searching for a particular scent that is not shown on our website, please contact us and we will be able to assist with a lead time of when we can source the particular required scent for you.
 
When will --- product be back in stock?

If a product is showing as out of stock on our website, the expected re-stocking date will be shown if the product is expected to be back in stock within 14 days. If no date is shown, it means it will be at least 14 days or more until the particular product or scent will be restocked.
 

Can I amend my order once it has been processed?
Regretfully we are unable to amend an order once it has been processed due to products being individually picked, packed and dispatched to order.
 
Do you offer samples?      
We do not offer free samples, but we do supply low priced "Tester" scents which are a perfect way to try multiple different scents to find your most suitable preference. There is no limit on the minimim or maximum amount of "Tester" scents which can be purchased so you can try as many different options as many times as you wish to do so.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or with pieces missing?
If your product arrives damaged or pieces missing, please contact us with your order number and we will rectify the issue without delay. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority.
 
Do you only ship to the UK or do you ship worldwide?
We are able to ship our products worldwide. The smaller tester items are not particularly cost effective to post overseas due to the postage charges, but the larger gift sets are cost effective to ship overseas. For bulk orders, please contact us for an individual quote.
 
What is the difference between a Candle and a Wax Melt?
Wax melts are individual pieces of wax that are burnt in a warmer, without ever making contact with a direct flame. As the melt does not come into contact with a naked flame, the scent throw is greater than a burning candle.
 
HoW do I remove a Wax Melt?
In order to remove a wax melt, we recommend to use your usual heating source for 20-30 seconds. This will release the wax from the burner and will allow you to easily remove it.
 
How long do I keep one melt heated for?
Each melt / piece of wax should be melted for 3-4 hours before the throw begins to reduce. This can vary slightly between different scents and melt sizes etc. We recommend customers to change the wax when the scent is becoming weak or has disappeared.
